Hulled barley (sometimes called dehulled barley) is the result of cleaning and partially debranning barley berries. Minimally processed to remove only the tough inedible outer hull, hulled barley offers superior nutrient content that’s rich in dietary fiber. It is the healthiest barley product, but can take up to an hour or more to cook.
